How it works

Apply to our internship matching program here by December 31st, 2024 for a Summer 2025 internship — it's just a quick resume drop!
Get invited to a video interview.
If that goes well, you'll be accepted to our program! Our team will immediately begin matching you with a paid summer tech internship (think software engineering, data science, etc.) with our partner firms — you're guaranteed $25+ per hour, meaning for the typical 10-week internship, you'll earn ~$10,000 and invaluable work experience with the chance to secure a full-time offer at your firm.
During the 2 weeks before the summer internship, we'll train you in both the soft and technical skills necessary for you to succeed in your specific role — our training is tailored to you and never generic.
Pay program tuition of $2,750 (payment plans available) before starting at your summer job.

Am I guaranteed to get matched with an internship?

Yes! We're able to achieve this by working carefully with our partner firms to ensure we supply the precise number of highly talented students to meet their demand.

What if I find an internship on my own before the summer starts?

No problem! You're free to drop out of our program at any time with no consequences. With that being said, if you're matched with a firm and you choose to accept the offer, we expect you to honor that commitment.

How does the matching process work?

Before the matching process begins, we'll send you a form to ask about your preferences for the summer job (ex. industry, role, remote/in-person, etc.) to match you appropriately. You'll receive a list of roles at companies that we think are great matches for you on a weekly basis. The companies that you're interested in will then receive your resume and conduct a brief interview with you. We only partner with firms working on cutting-edge innovation to ensure your summer experience is full of learning and growth.
